My Wedding

After years of carrying around the most beautiful 1930s dress my soul mate popped the question and I said yes, the next week I started planning the dress of my dreams, it was important to bring the two things I love together something old and vintage with something bespoke made, so where else would I going but my now vintage and bespoke tailoring boutique.

After months of deciding what I like about my vintage dress and how I wanted my dress to look, we completely took the dress apart and started to re-build.

6 layers of antique silk tulle with vintage pink lace cut out work to the skirt, silk bodice corset with coved buttons, embellish with pearls and a crystal placement. A vintage lace collar around the neck completed my look.

I am not going to congratulate myself because with out Phoebe and Rebecca I would not of had my dream dress, love you both to bits.

My 5 adorable little bridesmaids dresses were also designed and made at our studio, using  materials from my dress. Vintage lace bodice with ballerina skirt.

Léonie’s Wedding Dress

The stylish Léonie came to us, to see if we could re-make a copy of her vintage dress, that she liked bits and pieces of but needed big changes to be made. We were delighted to add our creative touch to this and bring it back to life, turning it into the dream dress. Low backed silk double georgette vintage style wedding dress. Léonie also chose a vintage long wedding veil to go with. You look stunning.

Gracie

Gracie loves the 1950’s fashion style and wants to wear it everyday. Finding a pattern of a two piece suit, she brought it in to us asking if we could make it up for her. We looked at the shape and style of the pattern and decided to make this outfit fit perfectly to Gracie’s body and personality. A glorious purple wool with pink, crushed velvet collar and cuffs. This is an amazing outfit, which we loved every minute of working on.
